Sous-Vide records return to Jaeger after the summer taking over the basement with kindred spirit Enzo Siragusa. Norway’s Sous-Vide are a record label, event series and DJ collective who thrive in the minimalist landscape of Techno, where less is more and the music lives in the space between. Fuse bossman and London DJ powerhouse Siragusa join Skjaerstad and the crew for this edition of Sous-Vide, while Frædag’s g-HA & Olanskii.
